Hi, I’m Nick, a Speech & Language Therapist holding a B.Sc. (Hons) in Speech & Language Therapy, with over 10 years of experience supporting babies, children, and adults with feeding and swallowing difficulties.
I currently work as a Highly Specialist SLT within a Level 3 Neonatal Intensive Care Unit in the NHS — one of the most clinically demanding feeding environments there is. Every day I work with premature and medically complex babies, helping them learn to feed safely and positively at the earliest and most vulnerable stage of life. Alongside this, I support children on paediatric wards with a wide range of feeding challenges, from breastfeeding and bottle feeding through to weaning, oral aversion, and mealtimes.
Earlier in my career, I led Speech & Language Therapy services across adult community and inpatient settings, gaining extensive experience in the assessment and management of neurological and structural swallowing difficulties in adults.
I set up Hampshire Feeding Clinic because I believe everyone deserves timely access to specialist support — without long waits, without having to navigate a complex system, and with a therapist who truly knows their field. Infant Feeding Assessment
A comprehensive 60–90 minute assessment of your baby's feeding skills, oral structure, and feeding history. Includes a detailed written report with recommendations.
Breastfeeding Support
Specialist SLT support for breastfeeding difficulties including latch problems, nipple pain, slow weight gain, and tongue-tie concerns.
Weaning & Solid Foods
Guidance and therapy for babies and toddlers who struggle with the transition to solid foods, gagging, texture aversion, or food refusal.
Paediatric Dysphagia Assessment
Assessment and therapy for children with swallowing difficulties, including those arising from neurological conditions, structural differences, or complex medical histories. Safe, child-friendly care tailored to your child's needs.
Adult Dysphagia Assessment
Comprehensive assessment of swallowing difficulties in adults, including those caused by stroke, neurological conditions, or structural changes. Includes a detailed written report with recommendations.

Home visits: For travel beyond 15 miles from my home address, a travel charge of £0.45 per mile is added to the session fee to cover the cost of longer journeys. The full cost will always be confirmed with you in advance, so there are no surprises.
